Challenge
Most affiliate marketing is a race to the bottom. Everyone promoting a tool like GoHighLevel drops the exact same raw referral link, so a prospect sees no reason to use yours over the next person's. Worse, a cold link asks for commitment before giving anything back, which is a hard sell, especially to people who are new to the online-business world and don't yet trust the offer or even the category.
The real opportunity was recurring, not one-off. GoHighLevel pays a commission every month a referred user stays active, so a single good signup can pay out for years. So the problem to solve was specific: how do you earn that signup honestly, at scale, from traffic that has never heard of you? The answer had to give something genuinely valuable up front and make signing up feel like the obvious next step instead of a pitch.
What I built
A complete bridge-page system that sits between cold traffic and the affiliate offer. Instead of sending people straight to a referral link, it sends them to a long-form page under the Easy AI brand that sells the opportunity first: start an AI automation agency on one platform that local businesses will pay for every month.
The page routes everyone toward a single action, starting a free GoHighLevel trial through the affiliate link, and the hook is a full AI Automation Agency course that unlocks the moment they sign up. A second path lets people who don't want the tool buy the course outright, so nobody leaves empty-handed. The whole thing is wrapped in its own brand, copy, and offer architecture so it reads like a real product, not a thin affiliate page.
How it works
The core mechanic is "give the value, earn the signup." The course is the thing people actually want, and the only way to get it free is to start the trial through the link, so the incentives line up: they get training and a tool, I earn a recurring commission, and nobody feels sold to.
The page is built as a two-path offer with a priced value stack (free with the tool, or buy the course on its own), a "one platform replaces 8 to 10 tools" comparison that makes the math obvious, and a calm, beginner-first narrative so someone brand new to this world can follow every step. Every call to action points to the same affiliate link to remove decision friction. Before writing a word, I researched four competitor funnels to see what was working and where they were weak, then wrote the copy in a grounded, no-hype voice, built it as a single responsive page, and deployed it to a CDN for speed. The full copy and structure are archived so the system can be cloned for the next offer.
The stack
Framer for the portfolio and case studies, a hand-built responsive HTML/CSS landing page, GoHighLevel as the affiliate product, Cloudflare Pages for hosting and CDN delivery, swiy.co for clean affiliate link management, Notion for the copy archive and system documentation, and an AI workflow for the competitor research, copywriting, and the build itself. The point of the stack is repeatability: most of it is reusable, so the next bridge page is a fraction of the work.
Results
The system is built to compound. Because the commission is recurring, every signup is an asset that can pay out for months or years, and because the page and the process are templated, new offers can be spun up quickly off the same skeleton. The free course removes the friction that usually kills affiliate conversion, and the brand wrapper lets it stand apart from everyone sharing the same raw link.
It's newly built, so the live link and real conversion numbers (signups, trial-to-paid rate, monthly affiliate revenue) get added here once it's deployed and traffic is running.
